Description: Located at parking on the corner of Woodcleft St. and Richmond Ave. across from Sea Breeze Park are manual pads. These start slanted down then go to flat into the street. Sometimes cars are parked in the street, blocking the spot. Across the street from here is also an unwaxed ledge.
