Description: A short, slate ledge located on S Wellwood Ave in front of the Chase Bank. There is also a bench a few feet away which you can also skate (not shown in photos, people are sitting on it – the left-most side of the first pic). It’s good enough to piece together lines. Sidewalk runup which has some cracks but it looks like they were bondo’d in the past.
